The coroner’s office has identified the man as Carlos Vargas.

Cause of Death: Acute Exacerbation of Hereditary Angioedema
Other Significant Condition: SARS-COV2 (COVID-19) Pneumonia

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 22.
