(L.A.) Carlos Sicairos, 18, Died After Flying Off an Exit Ramp

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 18-year-old Latino male that occurred in a parking lot.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Carlos Sicairos.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 3:21 a.m.
The decedent and a male companion died after their vehicle flew off an exit ramp and into a Los Angeles International Airport parking lot.
LAPD said the accident happened at the Nash Street exit off the westbound span of the 105 Freeway.
After hitting the off-ramp wall, the Lexus SUV landed in a LAX parking lot for FedEx Air Freight employees. It landed on its roof, catching fire on impact.
Video description: Two vehicles went flying off the 105 Freeway killing two people shortly before 3 a.m. Saturday, in the Westchester neighborhood. LAFD personnel and CHP officers responded to reports of a vehicle that had flown off the Nash Street off-ramp from the westbound 105 Freeway onto the LAX FedEx Air Freight employee parking lot.
When first responders arrived at the scene, they located two wrecked vehicles that had flown off the freeway off-ramp. Two victims were pronounced deceased at the scene. A third victim was transported to the hospital in unknown condition.
