(L.A.) Carlos Perez-Murillo, 30, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Carlos Perez-Murillo.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Acute Combined Drug Intoxication

Cause of Death B: Fentanyl, Alprazolam, and Cocaine
