The coroner’s office identified the man as Carlos Perez-Murillo.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death A: Acute Combined Drug Intoxication
Cause of Death B: Fentanyl, Alprazolam, and Cocaine

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
