Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 19-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the young man as Carlos Perez Jr.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Complications of Transection of the Right Brachial Artery and Vein

Cause of Death B: Laceration of the Right Upper Extremity
