The coroner’s office identified the man as Carlos Cacnio.

Cause of Death A: Bilateral Pulmonary Atelectasis, Pneumonia and Hyaline Membrane [Disease]

Cause of Death B: Subglotic Stenosis After Prolonged Intubation

Cause of Death C: Cerebrovascular Accident

Cause of Death D: Hypertension

Other Significant Condition: Micronodular Cirrhosis of the Liver
