(L.A.) Carl Zingale, 23, Died in an Alley

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 23-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in an alley.
The coroner’s office identified the young man as Carl Zingale.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Alprazolam, Fentanyl, Fluorofentanyl, and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 4:30 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 19, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
The government investigator had initially posted the age as 31 with a birth year of 1991.
The decedent was Carl ‘CJ’ Joseph Zingale, born in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia. He was the adopted son of Daniel Zingale and Chuck Supple.
