Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 68-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a nursing home.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Camille Dayton.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Liver Cancer

Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease; Multiple Basal Cell Skin Cancers; Hypertension; Iron Deficiency Anemia

RIP CAMILLE JEAN DAYTON (November 24, 1955 – August 11, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 5:35 a.m.

The decedent was at Lakewood Healthcare Center.

Her body was apparently ordered cremated by the county on October 16.
