(L.A.) Camiar Sanayeh, 41, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old Middle Eastern male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Camiar Sanayeh.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Sharp and Blunt Force Injuries

The decedent’s name appears to be Iranian/Persian.

Incident location: 5107 San Feliciano Drive, Woodland Hills

He was found unconscious on the sidewalk. At first, emergency personnel thought he was the victim of a hit and run, but further investigation revealed that he had multiple stab wounds to his back. Police determined that he had been stabbed in the middle of the street and then made his way to the sidewalk and collapsed.
