Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Cameron Dipple from San Dimas, California. Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Smith.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Alprazolam, Cocaine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 6:14 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early August, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.

Drug deaths are frequently classified as accidents under the assumption that the users didn’t intend to kill themselves.
