(L.A.) Cade Kitchen, 17, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 17-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the teen as Cade Kitchen.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Hypoxic Brain Injury

Cause of Death B: Probable Opioid Toxicity

RIP CADE KITCHEN (March 3, 2005 – September 30, 2022)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 1:57 p.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
