(L.A.) Byron Johns, 30, Died From a Polydrug OD

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.
The coroner’s office identified the man as Byron Johns.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Alprazolam
RIP BYRON JOHNS (October 9, 1994 – January 20, 2025)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 7:55 p.m.
This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
