Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 80-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Bruce Maclean.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death A: Acute Cardiac Dysfunction

Cause of Death B: Hypotensive Shock

Cause of Death C: Stab Wound of Abdomen

Other Significant Conditions: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease, Cardiomegaly
