Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Bruce Goodman.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Heroin, Methamphetamine and Fentanyl

Other Significant Condition: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease
