(L.A.) Brian Thomas, 63, Died at an Encampment

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 63-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at an encampment.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Brian Thomas.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP BRIAN THOMAS (September 29, 1960 – August 16, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 12:30 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in late December, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
