“Mental health is a scary topic to address especially for oneself but we should never ever stop talking about it. Going to therapy was one of the greatest choices ever. I learned so much about how I thought about the world and for the first time ever genuinely challenged my toxic, depressing, hopeless mentality. Therapy isn’t fun and it isn’t always going to make sense but taking care of yourself is a life long journey that’s so worth it. Had I completely disregarded all the stuff I thought was stupid then I would still be stuck in this pit of depression. For those who are in a rut rn and can’t seem to find hope honestly I don’t know what to say other than what I’ve posted previously. I just hope you can hang in there and know that suicide is NEVER the answer. Please if you can, take that first step to taking care of yourself and encourage others as well, you never know who’s struggling.”

RIP BRANDEN YI (December 21, 1996 – December 7, 2022)
