The coroner’s office has identified the man as Blas Munoz Avila.

Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

The death notice was first published on November 9.
On November 23, the medical examiner changed the decedent’s name from Blas Munoz to Blas Munoz Avila. Note that the government’s system is incapable of processing the letter ñ.
