The coroner’s office identified the man as Billy Harrison.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Cryptococcus neoformans Meningoencephalitis

Cause of Death B: Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome

Cause of Death C: Human Immunodeficiency Virus Infection

Other Significant Condition: Viral Pneumonia (Human Rhinovirus/Enterovirus)
