The coroner’s office has identified the man as Bernardo Rios Jacobo.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Sequelae of Blunt Head Trauma
Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Ethanol Use, Diabetes Mellitus, Congestive Heart Failure
