Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 63-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Bernard Ptacek. Born in L.A. County.

STATUS: The decedent’s body is ready to be released. Ruling by the deputy medical examiner is deferred pending additional investigation.
