Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 89-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Barta Johnson.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death A: Gunshot Wound of Torso

Cause of Death B: Perforation of Internal Organs with Hemorrhage

Other Significant Conditions: Recent Bereavement (Spouse’S Death); History of Depression
