The coroner’s office identified the man as Avery Warner, Jr..

Cause of Death A: Sudden Cardiac Dysfunction

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Morbid Obesity, Hypertension

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 12:00 a.m.

The decedent must have actually passed away on July 27, Tuesday night. He was a resident of Clemson Street in the 90016.
