The coroner’s office identified the man as Arturo Montes.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Acute Cardiac Dysfunction

Cause of Death B: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Diabetes Mellitus; Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
