(L.A.) Arman Ashori, 35, Ended His Life

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old male that occurred on the 110 Freeway in the downtown L.A. area.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Arman Ashori and listed his race/ethnicity as Middle Eastern or North African [sic].

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Blunt-Force Trauma

Possible jump from 4th Street overpass onto SR-110 below at around 10:32 a.m.

The decedent’s surname is Persian/Iranian. It may also be transliterated into English as Ashouri or Ashoori. His forename is Armenian.

Persia/Iran has a centuries-old Armenian community where many immigrants in L.A. are from.
