The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Arianna Lewis.

Cause of Death A: Anoxic Encephalopathy
Cause of Death B: Acute Cardiac Dysfunction
Cause of Death C: Consequences of Hypertension
Other Significant Condition: Eisenmenger Syndrome

Eisenmenger syndrome is a condition that results from abnormal blood circulation caused by a defect in the heart.
