Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the infant boy as Ares Chinchilla Sanchez.

Manner of Death: Undetermined

Cause of Death: Sudden Unexplained Infant Death

Other Significant Conditions: Viral Respiratory Infection(s); Co-Sleeping

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 1:55 a.m.

The child was about seven and a half months old. We do not know his vaccination schedule.
