Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as April Ramirez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Anoxic Encephalopathy

Cause of Death B: Aspiration Pneumonia

Cause of Death C: Effects of Hypertensive Heart Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Status Epilepticus; Asthma; Probable Methamphetamine and Fentanyl Effects
