(L.A.) Antonio Lopez, 45, Died at an Intersection

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old Latin American male that occurred at an intersection.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Antonio Lopez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Traumatic Injuries

RIP ANTONIO LOPEZ (June 3, 1977 – December 29, 2022)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 1:08 a.m.

The decedent was fatally injured by a hit-and-run driver in Koreatown at around 12:50 a.m. on Western Avenue, north of Wilshire Boulevard, near 6th Street.

The driver fled the scene.
