Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 57-year-old Asian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Antonio Buenaventura.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 10:29 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 24, presumably after the results of tox screening came back.

The decent was possibly of Filipino descent.
