Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old Caucasian male that occurred on a train station platform.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Anthony Mulieri.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Heroin, and Mitragynine

Other Significant Condition: Unspecified Cardiomyopathy
