The coroner’s office identified the man as Anthony Hamilton.

Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: End-Stage Renal Disease, Congestive Heart Failure, Atrial Fibrillation
