Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 53-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in an assisted living facility.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Anna Bortnik.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Congestive Heart Failure

Other Significant Condition: Mild Pneumonia and Obesity
