Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 54-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Anjileen Swan.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP ANJILEEN “ANJIE” T SWAN (May 16, 1969 – January 16, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 4:40 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 21, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
