(L.A.) Angela Lewin, 51, Died From Drug Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 51-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Angela Lewin.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Alprazolam, Fentanyl, and Methamphetamine

Other Significant Condition: History of Metastatic Breast Neoplasm

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 12:40 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on August 26, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
