(L.A.) Angela Hong, 24, Died From a Meth OD

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 24-year-old Asian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the young woman as Angela Hong.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Intoxication

RIP ANGELA HONG (April 3, 2000 – October 31, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 12:05 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on February 13, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
