(L.A.) Andrew Musick, 55, Died From Substance Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 55-year-old White/Caucasian male.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Andrew Musick.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Hydrocodone, Ethanol and Methamphetamine

RIP ANDREW MUSICK (July 30, 1968 – September 19, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 6:20 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on April 16, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental overdose.
