The coroner’s office has identified the man as Andrew Farrand.

Cause of Death A: Multiple Organ Failure

Cause of Death B: Beta Hemolytic Streptococcal Septicemia

Cause of Death C: Streptococcal Cellulitis

Other Significant Condition: Hypertensive Heart Disease
