Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 36-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred on a train station platform.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Andrew Downs.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Fentanyl and Alcohol Toxicity
