The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Andrea Gardner.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

RIP ANDREA GARDNER (October 8, 1960 – March 28, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 11:13 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 3, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back negative for substances.
