(L.A.) Andre Ortega, 31, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old Latino male that occurred on a sidewalk.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Andre Ortega. Born in L.A. County.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Heroin, Methamphetamine, and Phencyclidine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 2:36 p.m.
The government investigator had given the decedent’s birthday as October 8. As noted in the comments section below, and confirmed by a California birth record, his birthday is actually October 2.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 21, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
