Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 64-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Ana Gaona Ortega.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Ischemic Heart Disease

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Coronary Artery Dsiease

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus Type 2, Congestive Heart Failure, End-Stage Renal Disease, Hyperlipidemia, Atrial Fibrillation and Hyperkalemia
