Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Amber Diaz.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Intoxication

Other Significant Conditions: Heroin Effects; Diabetes Mellitus; Obesity
