(L.A.) Amanda Castillo, 31, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Amanda Castillo, resident of Strub Avenue in Whittier.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Multiple Organ Failure

Cause of Death B: Cocaine and Fentanyl Intoxication
