The coroner’s office identified the man as Alvin Castillo.

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 1:06 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on December 15, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back negative for substances.
