Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 16-year-old male of Hispanic/Latin American ethnicity that occurred at a residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the teenager as Alexis Polanco.
Manner of death: Accident
Cause of death: Fentanyl Toxicity
