Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old female that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Alexandria Bynum.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity

RIP ALEXANDRIA BYNUM (February 15, 1995 – January 26, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 6:59 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 25, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
