The coroner’s office identified the man as Alexander Kostakev.

Cause of Death A: Acute Right PCA (Posterior Cerebral Artery) Distribution Infarction (Acute Cerebrovascular Accident)

Cause of Death B: Complications of Bilateral Lower Lobe Pulmonary Emboli
