(L.A.) Alexander Kim, 43, Died in a Bathroom

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old Asian male that occurred in a bathroom.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Alexander Kim.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity

RIP ALEXANDER KIM (February 12, 1981 – April 21, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 4:40 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on August 16, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.

The decedent’s surname is Korean.
