Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 16-year-old Hispanic male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the teenager as Alex Aguilera.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Sequelae of Exsanguination

Cause of Death B: Multiple Sharp-Force Injuries

Cause of Death C: Effects of Lysergic Acid Diethylamide (LSD)

RIP ALEX AGUILERA (November 16, 1999 – August 12, 2016)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 4:26 a.m.

The decedent bled out after stabbing himself while under the influence of the drug.
