Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 23-year-old Hispanic female that occurred on a freeway.
The coroner’s office identified the young woman as Alejandra Simental.

The decedent was the passenger of a Honda Accord that was stopped on the freeway shoulder and hit by a semi truck. Her boyfriend who was the driver was also fatally injured.
