The coroner’s office has identified the man as Alberto Vargas Garcia.

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Chronic Ethanol Use

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 7:58 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on February 27.
